Jets have released small school defensive tackle Deon Simon
Today the New York Jets released former Northwestern State (LA) defensive tackle Deon Simon. 
Simon was drafted in the seventh round of the 2015 NFL Draft.

If he ends up clearing waivers, Simon would be a candidate for the team’s practice squad.
