Indianapolis Colts have signed CB Deveron Carr; Was at Veteran Combine
Tonight the Indianapolis Colts signed cornerback Deveron Carr. Carr performed at yesterday’s Veteran Regional Combine.
Carr was signed as a undrafted free agent by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers last year out of Arizona State.
