How many teams were recruiting you out of high school

I had a handful of schools recruiting me along the east coast

How did you come to make your college decision?

Originally I went the juco route and then upon picking West Liberty it came down to which defensive coordinator showed me the most interest

Where are you training, and what are your goals for pro day/combines?

I am training back and forth between home in Baltimore and school. I haven’t really set any goals for myself yet but I expect them to be my best ever

Have any scouts met with you, and if so what are they saying?

No I have not met with any scouts yet

At your position, what separates you from the others?

I think what separates me is that I can do so much that’s why I don’t classify myself as a corner or safety to me I’m a defensive back because I can do many different things from playing inside and outside at corner and also being able to go back and play safety and a lot of that comes from my knowledge of the game I believe I’m one of the smartest football players around

Tell us what you look for when breaking down film?

I look the size of the receiver, his speed, the alignment he takes pre snap on all of his routes, and down and distance

Who was the toughest player you have ever faced?

In junior college the toughest player would have to be my teammate at the time Rod Streater who now starts at receiver for the Oakland Raiders. Now at West Liberty, I would say Jordan Roberts’s running back from Charleston University who was on the Kansas City Chiefs roster during camp.

If you could compare your play to one person in the NFL who would it be?

I would definitely compare myself the most to Charles Woodson because like him I can also do so many things in the secondary. I also like to compare myself to Charles Tillman because he gets the job done all the time no matter what.

What was the biggest obstacle in your life you had to overcome, and how did you overcome it?

I had to overcome the obstacle of growing up in the inner city of Baltimore and overcoming that was easy because I have good parents and family members to keep me out of trouble and busy playing sports ever since I was born

What system fits your style of play the best?

I believe any system best fits me because I can do so much and learn how to play whatever way the teams wants me to play

What is your biggest strength?

Having a knowledge for the game and being able to do many things

What is your biggest weakness?

I don’t think I have any weakness but I work on everything like it is my weakness

If I were a GM and gave you a minute to sell yourself, what would you say?

I’m a very hardworking player that will do what is asked of him and can do many different things to help the team

Growing up, who was your role model?

My dad was and still is to this day my role model and my biggest supporter

Who was your favorite team and player in the NFL and why?

The Ravens, Ed Reed and Charles Woodson. I’m a fan of Ed Reed because he is a ball hawk and was the best player on my favorite team and Charles Woodson because we have similar games

If you were to have dinner with three people dead or alive who would it be?

Christina Millian, and the Gonzalez twins that play basketball for Kansas

What would you buy with your first NFL paycheck?

With my first check I would probably buy my family some dinner
