Could Titans WR Kenny Britt be on his way to the Patriots?
When Kenny Britt came out of college, he was one of the most prolific wide outs in college football. Britt has had an interesting past, with a rap sheet that keeps growing. Well Kenny Britt honestly needs a change of scenery because the kid can play. He is not being used right now, and has his head in the dumps, but could Coach Bill Belichick revive his career?
Kenny Britt played his college ball for Rutgers, which would make sense for the Patriots to get him. Earlier this year the Patriots had 11 Rutgers players on their roster. They currently only have 5 players on their roster, from Rutgers, but their is definitely a bond there.
Tom Brady is growing frustrated with his young wide receivers, and the Patriots are a team that is always looking to add talent via in season trades.
I could see this trade working out for both teams, since right now the Titans are upset with Britt. He was targeted four times this week, in which he dropped 3 of them. His stock is at an all time low, and if Belichick can land Brady another weapon for a cheap late rounder, I would expect it to happen.
