Brent Grimes owes the IRS $101,470.70 in taxes; Miko flips on a reporter

Brent Grimes and his loud wife are always in the local media, but this time they were in the media because if they do not fix the problem the two of them could be sitting in a jail cell.

The Buccaneers cornerback owes $191,470.70 in taxes according to a report filed. Adam Beasley of the Miami Herald reported the news first. Beasley took a shot at Miko and after she read it she snapped on him.

Grimes spent three successful years with the Dolphins, earning a spot on their 50th anniversary all-time team. But the Dolphins cut him in March due to declining play and the foul-mouthed behavior of his wife.

Miko Grimes created waves within the locker room for her vulgar criticism of Ryan Tannehill. She torched the Dolphins on the way out of town and the criticism continued even after she moved west up Interstate 75.

Buccaneers head coach takes a shot at Jon Gruden for his comments on Monday Night Football

Dirk Koetter takes a shot at former Bucs coach Jon Gruden

Dirk Koetter takes a shot at former Bucs coach Jon Gruden

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are near and dear to Jon Gruden’s heart, but by the sounds of it he upset the teams head coach.  In the game on Monday, Jon Gruden said this about Jameis Winston, after Winston threw a pretty ugly pass.

“I think coach Koetter lost confidence in Winston after he forced the ball into a double zone,” Gruden said on the national ESPN broadcast as Aguayo trotted out onto the field.

According to Pewter Report’s Mark Cook, the Buccaneers coach responded taking a shot at Jon Gruden.

“That wasn’t a lack of confidence,” Koetter said. “Again, when analysts say stuff like that, that’s like – when Jon (Gruden) was coaching and someone said that about him, you know what he’d be standing up here saying? ‘That guy doesn’t know what I’m thinking or anything about my team.’ He gets paid to talk on T.V. I get paid to coach the Bucs.”

I know when Gruden reads this it will sting a little, but Dirk is right on this one.

He will go through the waiver wire and has a great shot at being picked up. He has had problems in his past, so it will be interesting to see what happens from here.
