Buffalo Bills and Denver Broncos are only two teams averaging 20 plus points a game

When you look at that statistic, you would expect that from the Denver Broncos, because for Pete’s sake they have Peyton Manning.  Well the Buffalo Bills have Thad Lewis, and they too are scoring 20 points a game.  That means you have to give the new regime of Nathaniel Hackett, and Doug Marrone a ton of credit.  The Bills are able to put up points, but they keep losing nail biters.

Right now the Bills are starting a former Practice Squad quarterback in Thad Lewis and last week he looked very good.  They have not been turning the ball over, and that is why they are staying in games.  The big question is when will they finish the game and get the wins?  Well their schedule is not getting any easier, and if they want to keep that pace going, they will need to step it up.  This week they have the Dolphins, then their next several games are all against top defenses.  They will face the Saints, Chiefs, Steelers, and Jets before going to a bye.

I don’t know how long that 20 point average will last, that is why I wanted to write an article and prove it:

Only 2 NFL teams have scored at least 20 points in every game this season. The @DenverBroncos and @BuffaloBills.
