Breaking: Phillip Sims will work out for Giants on Tuesday if not signed by Seahawks
Phillip Sims the former Arizona Cardinals quarterback has been turning heads and could be on a roster soon. 
After getting released by the Cardinals, the former Winston Salem State University quarterback has been busy.
Sims worked out for the Raiders and the Titans, and on Monday will be in Seattle. If he is not signed by Seattle, the Giants are expected to work him out on Tuesday.
