Breaking: FCS TFL leader Gabe Sherrod of Delaware State is transferring
We are learning that Gabe Sherrod the MEAC First Team All Conference pass rusher, is transferring. Sherrod led the entire FCS in tackles for loss last season. The pass rusher from Perryville, Maryland is graduating in May and hoping to land in an FBS conference.
Sherrod’s father was a standout basketball player at Georgia Southern and his Uncle was a standout basketball player at Georgia Tech. In Gabe’s high school career he put up 1000 points as a basketball player. The kid can jump out the gym. He was also a First Team All Conference Quarterback, passing for 20 touchdowns his senior year.
