Bengals DE Michael Johnson was carted off field with knee injury; Has Grade 2 MCL injury
Michael Johnson the Bengals defensive end was carted off the field today after suffering a knee injury.
According to NFL Media’s Stacey Dales reported that Johnson got up on his own will and was walking very gingerly before a cart came to take him off the field. The team did extensive testing on site as well.
Head coach Marvin Lewis told reporters after Sunday’s practice that preliminary reports suggest Johnson “should be OK,” according to Dales, but he will still undergo tests.
